
Dehydrated Garlic Granules
Dehydrated Garlic Granules are finely chopped, uniformly sized particles (typically 0.5–1 mm) offering an intense garlic taste and aroma.They are suitable for use in spice mixes, curry powders, sauces, and snack seasonings. These granules have a longer shelf life and rehydrate well in food preparations.
Fresh garlic is selected from approved sources. Garlic cloves are peeled and chopped into fine pieces. The diced garlic is dried in food-grade dehydrators. Once dried, it is granulated and sieved to 0.5–1 mm size.
Granules pass metal detectors and undergo visual inspection. Product is sealed in moisture-resistant poly-lined kraft bags or cartons.
