Dehydrated Garlic Minced consists of small, coarse granules (1–3 mm) produced from sliced and dried garlic cloves.These minced particles deliver a strong garlic kick and are ideal for spice blends, processed meats, frozen foods, and ready-to-cook dishes. It is preferred for applications that require visual texture along with flavor.
Mature garlic bulbs are sourced and inspected. Cloves are thoroughly cleaned and peeled. The garlic is chopped into coarse, uniform chunks. Garlic is dehydrated in hot air tunnels until dry.
Dried particles are passed through mesh screens to sort 1–3 mm size. Metal detection and QA tests ensure >99% purity. Packed in moisture-proof poly-lined kraft cartons.
