Dehydrated Garlic Powder is a fine, free-flowing powder made from high-quality garlic cloves.

It retains the strong aroma and pungent flavor of fresh garlic while offering convenience, longer shelf life, and consistent quality. Commonly used in spice blends, seasoning mixes, instant foods, and ready meals, it serves as a reliable alternative to fresh garlic in both home and industrial kitchens.

Fresh, mature garlic bulbs are procured and hand-inspected for quality. The cloves are thoroughly cleaned and peeled using food-grade processing machines. Peeled garlic is sliced uniformly to aid in even dehydration. Slices are dehydrated in hot-air dryers at controlled temperatures (55–65°C) until moisture content drops below 6%.

Dried slices are ground into a fine powder using industrial milling machines. The powder is sieved to the desired mesh size (commonly 80–100 mesh). The product passes through metal detectors and quality inspections. Finally, it is packed in food-grade poly-lined kraft bags or cartons.
