Dehydrated White Onion Powder is a fine, free-flowing powder made from fresh white onions that have been cleaned, dried, and finely ground.

It retains the full-bodied pungency and distinct aroma of fresh onions and is widely used in food processing, seasoning mixes, ready-to-cook meals, snack flavoring, sauces, and bakery products. This product offers excellent solubility, long shelf life, and ease of use, making it an ideal alternative to fresh or minced onions in both industrial and household kitchens.

Only premium-grade, mature white onions are selected to ensure purity, strong flavor, and color consistency. Onions are thoroughly washed to remove soil and impurities, then peeled using automated mechanical peelers. The peeled onions are chopped into smaller pieces and dehydrated using hot air dryers at controlled temperatures (typically 60–70°C), reducing moisture content to below 5–6%.

The fully dehydrated onion flakes are finely milled into a smooth, uniform powder using food-grade grinding machines. The powder is sieved to achieve consistent particle size (commonly 80–100 mesh) and to remove any coarse residues. The product undergoes strict quality assurance tests including moisture analysis, microbial testing, and flavor profiling.
